I hope this site helps you find information about the Rohm RG 38S, 38 special revolver. I received my gun a couple days ago. I have cleaned and oiled it. I will take it to the range soon and check out how accurate it is. I will report back and let you know if I have any problems with the gun. A friend recommended Winchester Break Free Powder Blast Gun Cleaner. I had already put the plastics grips back on the gun when I gave it a try. That was a big mistake. First mistake was not reading the directions that stated it may be harmful to plastic. It softened the plastic grip and my finger prints were left imprinted in the plastic grip. No wiping these prints away. I used 0000 steel wool to remove the prints. It worked great. The grip may have less of a sheen but makes it look more like wood now. I used Renaissance Micro-Crystalling Wax Polish on the grip and am very pleased with their appearance.

I took my Rohm RG 38S to the range today. My first shot at 7 yards was a bullseye. I was so relieved after reading about the shots going high, low, to the side. I didn't have any problems with misfires. I would say it shot as accurate as my S&W Model 10-6, which is my most accurate gun. I am very pleased with my purchase. They say the gun doen't hold up very well so I will let you know if there is problems.
